What you will do

• Direct the utilization of information system resources and oversee organization-wide IT implementation.
• Lead the multi-year Epic Beaker AP/CP implementation project and ensure ongoing operational performance.
• Partner with clinical and executive leadership to align LIS capabilities with organizational goals.
• Manage laboratory system integrations, including middleware, automation platforms, and instruments.
• Develop and manage operational and capital budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
• Establish governance, change management, testing, and release management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent (Master's preferred).
• 15 years of progressive information systems management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong technical expertise in Epic Beaker implementation, specifically SCC to Epic Beaker transformation.
• Solid understanding of laboratory operations and systems.
• Must be based in or able to work in New York, NY.
