Salary: $142,400 - $213,600 USD

What you will do
- Lead the development of new technologies and processes from initial scouting through validation and manufacturing release.
- Manage a direct team of Process Engineers and Technicians through coaching and performance management.
- Drive operational excellence and technical rigor using DRM principles.
- Set team KPIs and implement standards to ensure alignment with organizational business and project goals.
- Develop and manage schedules for process development and mechanical design projects.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Manufacturing Operations to ensure the voice of the customer is met before transfer.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
- Experience leading cross-site, cross-functional teams and managing execution timelines.
Nice to have
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing, microfabrication, and MEMS processes (photolithography, thin-film deposition).
- Knowledge of Process Validation, Design Control, and medical device manufacturing regulations.
- Proficiency in DRM/DFSS, Lean Sigma (Green/Black Belt).
- Experience with statistical analysis tools such as Minitab or JMP.
