What you will do

• Lead the development of new technologies and processes from initial scouting through validation and manufacturing release.
• Manage a direct team of Process Engineers and Technicians through coaching and performance management.
• Drive operational excellence and technical rigor using DRM principles.
• Set team KPIs and implement standards to ensure alignment with organizational business and project goals.
• Develop and manage schedules for process development and mechanical design projects.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Manufacturing Operations to ensure the voice of the customer is met before transfer.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
• Experience leading cross-site, cross-functional teams and managing execution timelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing, microfabrication, and MEMS processes (photolithography, thin-film deposition).
• Knowledge of Process Validation, Design Control, and medical device manufacturing regulations.
• Proficiency in DRM/DFSS, Lean Sigma (Green/Black Belt).
• Experience with statistical analysis tools such as Minitab or JMP.
