Senior Order Management Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States or from Figma hubs in San Francisco, California, and New York, New York. In-person onboarding is required.

Hourly base pay: $50.50–$73.60 USD

What you will do

• Own the order process from contract review and order entry through invoicing, including complex orders and SLA-based processing.
• Support Sales and Support with billing questions and investigate discrepancies and booking blockers across systems.
• Review orders processed by analysts and BPO partners, identify error patterns, and drive resolution.
• Perform UAT for new products, SKUs, pricing models, and billing system releases by writing test scripts, running end-to-end tests, and documenting bugs.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close through reconciliations, accruals, data integrity checks, SOX controls, and audit documentation.
• Lead ad-hoc process improvement, system upgrade, and controls enhancement projects across the order-to-cash lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue operations at a SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce RLM or CPQ, an ERP such as NetSuite, and a payment processor such as Stripe.
• Understanding of how order entry decisions flow into billing and revenue.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and reconciliation of large datasets across systems.
• Experience with data query tools, strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce accurate work under quarter-end pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
