What you will do

• Analyze loan worksheets for new transactions to determine necessary documentation and establish closing checklists.
• Ensure loan approval and policy adherence, managing follow-ups and exceptions within the Collateral Management System.
• Prepare and audit complex loan documents, including security agreements, mortgages, and resolutions.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely loan processing.
• Manage vendor reporting and accountability to resolve outstanding issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
• 3-4 years of related experience in Commercial Lending, Collateral, or Loan Operations.
• Location: Must be based in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, or Denver.
