Salary: $90,200 - $139,800

What you will do
- Serve as a subject matter expert for health, welfare, and voluntary benefit programs.
- Partner with leadership to lead implementation, analysis, and administration of complex benefit programs and annual renewals.
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and evaluation of cost trends to develop data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, including service delivery, performance monitoring, and contract reviews.
- Provide consultative support for complex benefits inquiries and support cross-functional communication initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of benefits-focused HR experience (or Master's and 3+ years).
- Proven experience managing third-party vendors and service delivery.
- Working knowledge of benefits-related compliance and regulations (ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with global benefits administration (Canada, Philippines, Europe).
- Experience with Workday software.
