What you will do

  • Administer health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs, including vendor coordination and issue resolution.
  • Maintain and configure benefits and compensation modules within Workday to ensure accurate data flow and business process efficiency.
  • Execute compliance reporting and audit activities, including ACA tracking, 401(k) census preparation, and Form 5500 filings.
  • Support compensation processes such as job evaluations, market benchmarking, merit planning, and incentive administration.
  • Perform payroll-related audits for benefits deductions, HSA limits, and retirement plan contributions.
  • Provide expert support to employees and leadership regarding total rewards inquiries and program administration.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR operations, or payroll.
  • Proven experience supporting benefits administration and compliance processes.
  • Previous experience working with HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits compliance (FLSA, ACA, ERISA, CMS reporting).
  • SHRM-CP, CEBS, or CCP Certification.
