What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day administration of health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs for the US, Brazil, and Canada.
  • Serve as the functional expert for benefits within the Workday HCM system, maintaining modules and eligibility rules.
  • Partner with vendors and brokers to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and communication of annual open enrollment.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for employee inquiries and develop clear educational materials.
  • Build dashboards and reports for HR leadership and finance in collaboration with the HCM team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience administering benefits and leave of absence in a multinational organization.
  • Experience with HRIS and leave management systems, Workday strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of statutory and supplementary benefits, with experience in Brazil and Canada preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of US state leave regulations.
  • Must be based in the United States.
