Sr Operations Analytics Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Lehi, Utah, or San Francisco, California. In-office attendance is required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; remote placement will not be considered. Local MT or PT working hours are required, with travel to hirify.global offices or other locations as needed.

Salary: $105,000–$160,000 target base salary annually, plus potential equity and annual bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze contact center KPIs including volume, handle time, adherence, occupancy, and service level.
• Identify trends, diagnose root causes, and flag operational issues before they affect members.
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting in Tableau or Power BI.
• Partner with business partners and external stakeholders to scope analytical questions, prioritize work, and drive decisions.
• Manage a high-volume portfolio of quick-turn requests and strategic analytical projects.
• Use AI tools where appropriate and present clear data stories that turn analysis into action.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or operations analytics, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, SAS, R, Tableau, or Power BI, and the ability to analyze large volumes of raw data.
• Experience with database structures, schemas, and data pipelines is beneficial.
• Ability to lead complex analytical projects independently from scoping through recommendation and implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, data storytelling, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve output quality, with sound judgment around data quality, compliance, and human oversight.

Nice to have

• Experience with underwriting productivity metrics such as throughput and turnaround time.
• Financial services experience, including personal loan or credit card portfolios.
