TL;DR
Account Manager (SaaS): Driving growth by expanding relationships with existing homecare industry clients and introducing new products with an accent on discovery and platform value demonstration. Focus on identifying upsell opportunities, managing sales pipelines in Salesforce, and ensuring client success within the Enterprise segment.
Location: Must be based in the New York City Metropolitan Area and able to work in a hybrid schedule, 3 days per week in the NYC office.
Salary: $100,000 base salary (excluding variable compensation).

What you will do
- Expand revenue within existing accounts by identifying upsell opportunities and introducing new products.
- Lead discovery meetings and conduct tailored product demonstrations for agency leaders.
- Manage and maintain pipeline hygiene using Salesforce for accurate revenue forecasting.
- Prospect and generate sales opportunities within an assigned book of business.
- Provide actionable market and prospect feedback to product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Travel up to 10% for conferences and industry events.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Account Management or high-volume full-cycle SaaS Sales.
- Must reside in or be able to commute to the New York City Metropolitan Area for 3 days per week.
- Experience selling to first-time technology buyers within the Enterprise segment.
- Superb presentation, product demonstration, and communication skills.
- Willingness to responsibly adopt AI tools to enhance productivity.
