TL;DR

SMB Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new business acquisition for a homecare management platform with an accent on full-cycle outbound sales, lead generation, and consultative relationship building. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bloomington, MN; hybrid 3 days per week (Tue-Thu)

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound lead generation, including 200-250 cold calls per week.
  • Perform online and in-person software demonstrations tailored to homecare agency owners.
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue quotas and KPI targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales enablement, and customer success teams.
  • Provide actionable market and prospect feedback to product leadership.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement in outbound sales roles.
  • Must reside in the Minneapolis Metro Area and be available for on-site work 3 days/week in Bloomington, MN.
  • Ability to travel 10-25% for customer visits and industry conferences.
  • Strong ownership attitude and ability to manage complex sales cycles independently.
  • Willingness to adopt AI tools to enhance productivity.
