What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Conduct high-volume outbound lead generation, including 200-250 cold calls per week.
- Perform online and in-person software demonstrations tailored to homecare agency owners.
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue quotas and KPI targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales enablement, and customer success teams.
- Provide actionable market and prospect feedback to product leadership.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record of quota achievement in outbound sales roles.
- Must reside in the Minneapolis Metro Area and be available for on-site work 3 days/week in Bloomington, MN.
- Ability to travel 10-25% for customer visits and industry conferences.
- Strong ownership attitude and ability to manage complex sales cycles independently.
- Willingness to adopt AI tools to enhance productivity.
