What you will do
- Support customers with inbound phone, written, and chat inquiries regarding credit card accounts.
- Communicate relevant product solutions, including digital banking and self-serve options.
- Complete financial transactions such as account updates, balance transfers, and dispute handling.
- Ensure all interactions follow bank policies and risk compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing performance management and career development activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of customer service, retail, or banking experience.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle phone calls for long periods.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, late nights, or holidays.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual (Spanish) skills are highly valued and required for specific queues.
- Must be able to attend onsite training and meetings in Phoenix, AZ.
