Salary: $22.00 – $27.75 USD per hour.

What you will do

  • Support customers with inbound phone, written, and chat inquiries regarding credit card accounts.
  • Communicate relevant product solutions, including digital banking and self-serve options.
  • Complete financial transactions such as account updates, balance transfers, and dispute handling.
  • Ensure all interactions follow bank policies and risk compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing performance management and career development activities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years of customer service, retail, or banking experience.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle phone calls for long periods.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, late nights, or holidays.
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual (Spanish) skills are highly valued and required for specific queues.
  • Must be able to attend onsite training and meetings in Phoenix, AZ.
