What you will do

• Analyze, monitor, and route transactions and inquiries to appropriate teams.
• Conduct phone interviews with clients to gather confidential information for underwriting.
• Update and manage pending transactions within multiple workflow systems.
• Provide status updates and follow-up support to financial representatives and clients.
• Resolve service issues by collaborating with internal and external business partners.
• Adhere to established service levels, metrics, and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 year of customer service or financial services experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in multitasking and navigating multiple software systems.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
