What you will do

• Provide primary phone, email, and chat support for company inbound queues to ensure frictionless interactions.
• Resolve client issues related to holds, delays, rejections, and transaction disputes.
• Train and support clients on the use of company web portals and internal processes.
• Assist carriers through the new client onboarding process.
• Review client accounts, pending invoices, payments, and A/R aging to provide first-contact resolution.
• Communicate effectively with team members, debtors, and management to maintain service quality.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a high-volume, professional environment.
• Higher education degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in Dallas to work from the office.
• Strong professional phone etiquette and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under deadline pressure.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the freight, transportation, or logistics industry.
• Experience with accounts payable.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
