What you will do

• Resolve small business owners' questions via inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, emails, and chats.
• Ensure efficient resolution of requests while addressing short-term and long-term customer needs.
• Become a subject matter expert on key hirify.global products to provide high-value customer experiences.
• Use internal technology solutions to process customer requests and meet performance KPIs.
• Identify and escalate risks or trends impacting the customer experience.
• Provide product feedback and recommended enhancements based on the voice of the customer.
