TL;DR

Customer Service (Fintech): Providing empathy and guidance to members using digital personal finance solutions with an accent on onboarding and member coaching. Focus on handling high-volume inbound calls and documenting member interactions to help users move from surviving to thriving.

Location: 100% work-from-home (must be based in the US); optional office access for those in Tempe/Phoenix, AZ

Salary: $18.00/hr

What you will do

  • Communicate with members via phone and email, exhibiting care and empathy in every interaction.
  • Listen to member needs and provide effective, personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and industry best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all member interactions and activity.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience in a call center or retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability for 8-hour shifts between 6am and 8pm.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls.
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
