What you will do
- Provide primary support via phone, email, and chat for inbound company queues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries regarding pending invoices, payments, and A/R aging.
- Assist clients in resolving holds, delays, rejections, and disputes.
- Train and support clients on the use of company web portals and systems.
- Guide carriers through the new client onboarding process and introduce payment options.
- Maintain quality of service scores and strict schedule adherence.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a high-volume, professional environment.
- Higher education degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX for onsite work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to multi-task and perform under deadline pressure in an operations center.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the freight, transportation, or logistics industry.
- Experience with accounts payable.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
