What you will do

• Own a named book of strategic enterprise accounts across ANZ, driving new logo acquisition and expansion.
• Run a full-cycle sales process from prospecting and discovery through evaluation, negotiation, and close.
• Build account strategies connecting hirify.global’s capabilities to the priorities of CTOs and engineering leaders.
• Navigate complex buying processes including security reviews, legal negotiations, and multi-stakeholder approvals.
• Partner with Sales Engineering and Product teams to deliver high-quality evaluations and ensure customer value.
• Establish hirify.global’s enterprise presence in Australia by building repeatable motions and local market insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally selling developer tools, infrastructure, or technical SaaS.
• Experience selling into strategic or large enterprise accounts in Australia.
• Proven ability to navigate complex buying committees across engineering, IT, security, and procurement.
• Strong hunter mentality with a track record of building pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting.
• Ability to hold credible technical conversations with senior engineers and CTOs about development workflows.
• Self-starter mindset capable of thriving in an early-stage, resource-constrained environment.
