What you will do

• Analyze delinquency, charge-offs, and loss trends across lending portfolios.
• Develop and maintain risk dashboards and performance reports.
• Support loss forecasting, recovery projections, and stress scenarios.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity across systems.
• Partner with various departments to ensure continuity and accuracy of reporting and analysis.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of collections strategies and channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience is required.
• 3+ years of experience in credit risk, collections analytics, portfolio risk, or financial services analytics is required.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, nCino or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of collections platforms (e.g., AKUVO, Fiserv).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets.
