What you will do

• Design, implement, and evaluate professional learning programs and events, both in-person and online.
• Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to develop programming proposals and curriculum structures.
• Manage program execution, including budget monitoring, facilitation contracts, and external vendor agreements.
• Analyze performance reports and learner feedback to recommend continuous improvements for program relevance.
• Liaise with university units (IT, Finance, Marketing) to support the rollout of recruitment and promotional efforts.
• Supervise and manage the Program Coordinator and other subordinate staff or student workers.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
