What you will do

  • Own a key segment of the hirify.global curriculum, defining required knowledge/skills and mapping to outcome-driven content.
  • Conduct ongoing research on learning audience motivations and professional skill changes.
  • Develop instructional content using ADDIE and SAM models to promote successful behaviors inside/outside the platform.
  • Design and execute content maintenance strategy aligned with product roadmap and customer impact metrics.
  • Create content distribution plans leveraging academy, help docs, in-app guidance, and marketing channels.
  • Collaborate on Customer Education roadmap and consult team on curriculum/content design.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in education-related role (Customer Education, Training & Enablement, L&D, or teaching).
  • Minimum 3 years developing eLearning content.
  • Proficiency with video production tools like Camtasia.
  • Proficiency with course authoring tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or Parta.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems.
  • Experience collaborating with SMEs for content ideation/review.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts accessibly; eye for grammar, aesthetics, consistency.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS companies with rapidly changing products.
  • Familiarity with project tools like Jira/Notion.
  • Experience with Customer Academy LMS like WorkRamp/Skilljar.
  • Background in industrial maintenance/manufacturing or CMMS/EAM systems.
  • Maintenance/reliability certification (e.g., CMRP, CRE).
