Location: Hybrid: Regular in-office presence required at the Minneapolis office

Salary: $105,000 (Total annualized on-target compensation)

What you will do

  • Provide daily direction, coaching, and communication to the SDR team to support performance and accountability.
  • Deliver regular 1:1s focused on skill development, career progression, and employee engagement.
  • Manage team pipeline activity within Salesforce and lead weekly reviews to ensure accuracy.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Strategic Account Executives to align on territory strategy and lead quality.
  • Report team performance, key metrics, and business insights to sales leadership.
  • Contribute to process improvements regarding onboarding, territory design, and GTM initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated leadership (formal or informal).
  • Proven experience coaching, mentoring, or leading individuals in a growth-focused environment.
  • Strong ability to simplify and communicate complex processes clearly.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to maintain a regular in-office presence in Minneapolis.
