Location: Lehi, Utah (Onsite). Must be available to work during U.S. business hours (Mountain Time Zone).

What you will do

• Provide front-line technical support to employees and contractors via calls, chat, and email.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, terminations, and hardware delivery.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools and knowledge articles.
• Triage technology tickets and escalate complex cases to Tier 2 support teams.
• Ensure compliance with security policies to protect company systems and data.
• Collaborate with technology teams to improve the overall employee tech experience.

Requirements

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Foundational knowledge of MacOS, Windows 10/11, and iOS.
• Basic understanding of SSO systems, cybersecurity fundamentals, and cloud support.
• Awareness of VOIP and conferencing audio/visual solutions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work 25-40 hours per week during U.S. business hours (MT).

Nice to have

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• CompTIA A+ Certification.
• Previous experience in customer service.
