What you will do

• Deliver high-quality IT Helpdesk support to internal employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnosis on local and remote devices.
• Manage the full lifecycle of trouble tickets, including opening, updating, and closing incidents.
• Build, maintain, and repair PCs, laptops, and proprietary client hardware.
• Develop and document technical processes and procedures.
• Provide user assistance via phone, email, walk-up, and remote support tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology preferred.
• Authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship is mandatory.
• 1+ years of Helpdesk/Call Center experience in a large Enterprise environment preferred.
• Technical knowledge across a broad range of IT fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer focus and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• A+, Network+, Security+ or MCP certifications.
• ITIL certification or experience.
