Location: Hybrid (Lansing, MI, US). Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
Salary: $18.50 - $34.45 per hour

What you will do
- Deliver high-quality IT Helpdesk support to internal employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnosis on local and remote devices.
- Manage the full lifecycle of trouble tickets, including opening, updating, and closing incidents.
- Build, maintain, and repair PCs, laptops, and proprietary client hardware.
- Develop and document technical processes and procedures.
- Provide user assistance via phone, email, walk-up, and remote support tools.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology preferred.
- Authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship is mandatory.
- 1+ years of Helpdesk/Call Center experience in a large Enterprise environment preferred.
- Technical knowledge across a broad range of IT fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer focus and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- A+, Network+, Security+ or MCP certifications.
- ITIL certification or experience.
