TL;DR

Major Account Manager (Networking): Responsible for consultative selling and solution development efforts to address large enterprise customer needs within targeted Fortune 500 or Global 2000 accounts. Focus on identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities across Arista's product portfolio, including data center and campus networking platforms.

Location: Currently resident in Japan - we do not offer relocation.

What you will do

  • Consultative selling and solution development for large enterprise customers.
  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities across Arista's product portfolio.
  • Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned agencies.
  • Create and execute targeted account plans with partner managers and sales engineering team.
  • Establish customer demand through pre-engagement planning, research, and solution alignment.
  • Manage and align year 1 to year 3 business priorities across a named account territory.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Sales experience with a focus on developing large enterprises and Fortune Southeast Asia 500 customers.
  • Sales experience in Finance/Mega Bank, Public Sector, Healthcare, Retail, Transportation, AI cloud provider or Telco.
  • Working knowledge of selling networking equipment, data center, and/or network automation solutions.
  • Bachelor Degree (BA/BS,CS,BBA) or equivalent; MBA desirable.
  • Native Japanese proficiency is mandatory.
  • Currently resident in Japan - we do not offer relocation.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to lead internal and external teams.
  • Proven navigation of End User requirements definition through the contracting and resale processes.
