What you will do
- Build and manage relationships with strategic partners, including system integrators, channel partners, and cloud/platform ecosystems.
- Identify, recruit, and enable partners to generate pipeline and accelerate platform adoption.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market initiatives, encompassing co-selling and co-marketing programs.
- Enable partners to integrate APIs and SDKs into their own solutions and offerings.
- Establish repeatable partner engagement models and best practices scalable from Japan to other Asian markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Solution Architecture, and Product teams to ensure partner success.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or enterprise sales within the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise technology landscape in Japan.
- Experience working with system integrators, channel partners, or technology ecosystem partners.
- Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Japan.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), SaaS, or API-based products.
Nice to have
- Experience building or scaling partner ecosystems from the ground up.
- Experience working with developer platforms or technology ecosystems.
- Experience supporting regional expansion across Asia.
