What you will do

• Manage and grow existing key enterprise accounts to increase ARR and software adoption.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with C-level and Executive stakeholders.
• Develop collaborative growth plans and negotiate complex enterprise-level commercial agreements.
• Lead account teams to execute strategies and align relevant internal and external parties.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes within the infrastructure and engineering sectors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise account management and strategic selling.
• Ability to translate technical user challenges into unique business value for stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the project lifecycle from planning and design to construction and asset operations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Must be based in Tokyo, JP
