What you will do
- Develop and maintain a robust network of referral sources including realtors, builders, and financial planners.
- Manage the full sales cycle for mortgage products, from lead generation to closing.
- Execute proactive business development strategies to grow a personal customer base.
- Collaborate with a Senior District Sales Manager through joint sales calls and regular coaching sessions.
- Utilize specialized sales management systems to track activities and ensure performance success.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to market growth.
- Knowledge of retail banking or credit adjudication is highly preferred.
