What you will do

  • Develop and maintain a robust network of referral sources including realtors, builders, and financial planners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for mortgage products, from lead generation to closing.
  • Execute proactive business development strategies to grow a personal customer base.
  • Collaborate with a Senior District Sales Manager through joint sales calls and regular coaching sessions.
  • Utilize specialized sales management systems to track activities and ensure performance success.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to market growth.
  • Knowledge of retail banking or credit adjudication is highly preferred.

  • Post-secondary education.
  • Experience in the financial services or mortgage industry.
