Salary: $76,700 - 118,900 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for structuring, reviewing, and approving non-standard deals.
• Collaborate with sales teams to optimize deal terms and maximize revenue while minimizing risks.
• Provide expert guidance on pricing strategies, discounting, and contract structures.
• Facilitate approvals for complex deals and ensure timely execution of contracts.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline deal desk operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Must be located in or near Minneapolis, MN for regular in-office presence.
• Strong familiarity with subscription-based pricing models and contract structures.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands-on experience with redlining.

Nice to have

• Juris Doctorate degree.
• Knowledge of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions or other sales enablement platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce.
