TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do

  • Plan and build operational dashboards to support regional inspection of the renewals business.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Sales Analytics to manage a single source of truth for renewals data.
  • Strategize and communicate business requirements to automate renewals forecasting and reporting.
  • Drive globally consistent operational cadence reviews with the field to manage at-risk renewals.
  • Analyze churn and contraction ARR trends to provide actionable business insights to leadership.
  • Continuously improve systems and processes to eliminate gaps in performance insight and data accuracy.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise sales operations, revenue, or FP&A business analyst roles.
  • Deep experience with the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) business model and metrics like renewal rate, churn, and net retention.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Sales Infrastructure, specifically Salesforce CRM/CPQ.
  • Must be based in the United States.

  • Experience working with Clari.
