What you will do

• Manage the biannual 20-week MCP Accelerate Program.
• Act as the primary point of contact for participating cohort companies.
• Design and execute operational and technical onboarding processes in collaboration with technical and education teams.
• Track and maintain key success metrics to facilitate internal committee reviews.
• Drive the strategic expansion and optimization of the Accelerate Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Business Development, Market Research, or Business Analysis.
• Strong understanding of the technology industry and its applications in medical care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high-level presentations.
• Must be based in the US; the vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship
