What you will do

  • Manage complex multi-entity deal structures, including multi-region pricing and currency handling.
  • Coordinate global deal execution and contract documentation across Sales, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Maintain account hierarchies and ensure customer data consistency across CRM, billing, and CS platforms.
  • Design and standardize SOPs for global deal management, multi-entity renewals, and cross-regional handoffs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for global account performance and reporting.
  • Act as the central coordination point for high-value enterprise account escalations and renewals.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Customer Success Operations within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience supporting global enterprise accounts with complex organizational structures.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce and account hierarchy management.
  • Familiarity with subscription billing and multi-entity environments such as NetSuite.
  • Knowledge of multi-currency, tax, and regional compliance considerations.
  • Must be based in the Philippines
