What you will do
- Review and validate incoming contracts and orders for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
- Process orders in Salesforce, including opportunity updates and contract documentation.
- Design and implement automated workflows and validation rules to reduce manual data entry.
- Maintain high data integrity across accounts, contacts, and opportunity records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to resolve order discrepancies.
- Monitor order queues against SLA targets and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or revenue operations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including opportunity management and workflow automation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage work queues in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Must be based in the United States and able to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
- Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools to enhance daily workflows.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with CPQ tools.
- Background in B2B SaaS or technology environments.
