What you will do

  • Review and validate incoming contracts and orders for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
  • Process orders in Salesforce, including opportunity updates and contract documentation.
  • Design and implement automated workflows and validation rules to reduce manual data entry.
  • Maintain high data integrity across accounts, contacts, and opportunity records.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to resolve order discrepancies.
  • Monitor order queues against SLA targets and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or revenue operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including opportunity management and workflow automation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage work queues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Must be based in the United States and able to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
  • Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools to enhance daily workflows.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Experience with CPQ tools.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or technology environments.
