What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to corporate prospects within the UK market.
  • Develop and refine dynamic cold-calling scripts to align with UK business etiquette and maximize conversions.
  • Manage the early sales funnel by scheduling strategic callbacks and following up with prospects.
  • Track all outreach velocity and pipeline progress with strict accuracy using Google Sheets.
  • Deliver comprehensive daily and weekly performance reports on dials, connections, and lead volume.
  • Represent the organization with high corporate professionalism to safeguard brand reputation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing, specifically targeting UK businesses.
  • Exceptional English communication skills with clear articulation and rapport-building capabilities.
  • Strong psychological resilience and the ability to handle professional objections and high rejection rates.
  • High level of administrative precision when logging lead details and managing tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently from a silent home office with reliable, high-speed internet.
  • Strict adherence to the UK work schedule (Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm).

Nice to have

  • Prior experience generating leads for HR outsourcing (HRO), recruitment, payroll, or PEO services.
  • Advanced active listening skills to diagnose corporate pain points such as compliance risks or employee relations.
