What you will do

• Lead small-to-medium sized engineering projects and technical work packages within cost and quality constraints.
• Develop technical solutions for complex problems to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.
• Author reports and present findings during peer and design reviews.
• Estimate engineering work packages to identify dependencies and ensure overall deliverability.
• Train, coach, and provide technical advice to junior team members.
• Oversee safety, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance for assigned projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 6+ years of experience within a relevant complex engineering environment.
• U.S. nationality and eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
