What you will do

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment for conference rooms, training center, and events
• Provide on-site technical support during meetings, including microphones, monitors, and presentations
• Test and maintain AV systems across seven conference rooms and one training center, with twice-weekly walk-throughs
• Troubleshoot projectors, displays, video conferencing, and sound equipment
• Coordinate with subcontractors for repairs and upgrades, maintain inventory and documentation
• Train staff on AV systems, create multimedia content, and support event room configurations

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in AV/electronics preferred
• 3+ years of AV technical support experience in professional or government environment
• Experience with conference room AV systems: projectors, displays, video conferencing, sound
• Knowledge of AV protocols: HDMI, VGA, USB-C, wireless presentation systems
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly during live events
• Secret clearance required
