What you will do

• Troubleshoot failures to board level or sub-assembly to determine root causes.
• Perform mechanical and software upgrades on medical devices.
• Document repair details and parts usage within the ERP system.
• Investigate customer complaints to ensure accurate unit repair.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers on complaint investigation details.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Chelmsford, MA.
• Technical High School graduation or college-level training.
• 1-3+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting and repair.
• Proficiency with MS Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, work instructions, and diagnostic data.
• Experience using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and patient simulators.
