What you will do

• Maintain humanoid robots and site infrastructure at commercial locations.
• Perform routine inspections and repairs on the robot fleet.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues proficiently.
• Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to resolve problems quickly.
• Verify use-case stability on-site and deliver feedback for product improvements.
• Maintain records of maintenance and develop diagnostic tools and procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience working with complex systems
• Familiarity with computer tools like CMD, Google Suite, development GUIs
• Familiarity with electrical diagnostic tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, current probes)
• Familiarity with torque tools and mechanical assembly
• Ability to read PCB and harness schematics
• Full system diagnostic experience and organized processes
• Ability to handle mechanical components up to 50lbs
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• CAD experience (Catia)
• Fabrication and PCB rework experience
• DAQ systems, brushless motors, harmonic drives knowledge
• Robotics experience
• Jira, Confluence, Slack
• IPC 610/620 or J-Std-001 certifications
