Service Logistics Support Technician, ATC Program - Frederick MD

TL;DR

Service Logistics Support Technician (ATC Program): Oversee utilization of program spares pool, restocking and deploying devices as needed in support of Air Traffic Control products with an accent on tracking system configurations, on-call response, and cross-functional operations. Focus on maintaining orderly storage areas, responding to critical system problems via shipping, and communicating effectively with customers and teams.

Full-time in-office role based in Frederick, Maryland. Must reside within commuting distance of Frederick, MD. Candidates must be a US person capable of receiving a U.S. Government public trust clearance.

$25-$33 per hour

What you will do

• Oversee program spares pool utilization, restocking, and deploying devices as needed.
• Track and update deployed system configurations using corporate, third-party, or customer tools.
• Maintain orderly station and storage areas per corporate guidelines.
• Support 24x7 on-call schedule and respond to on-demand shipping for critical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on program operations and deliverables.
• Communicate professionally with customers and co-workers.

Requirements

• Associate's degree with 10+ years, Bachelor's with 3+ years in logistics support, or comparable experience.
• Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions for updating/configuring PCs, servers, and networking devices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ticketing systems.
• Ability to travel 25% primarily domestic; work outside standard hours, holidays, weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and performing physical tasks like loading/unloading.
