What you will do

  • Serve as the primary senior technical point of contact for enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Lead complex onboarding, platform optimization, and advanced feature deployments.
  • Translate customer business needs into scalable technical architectures and implementation plans.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives, including issue tracking and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct executive business reviews focused on ROI, KPIs, and adoption maturity.
  • Partner with internal Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or Customer Success within SaaS, CCaaS, or CPaaS.
  • Strong technical acumen with APIs, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and cloud-based platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical initiatives for enterprise customers.
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies; PMP certification is preferred.
  • Executive-level communication skills with a consulting mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25–30%.
