What you will do

• Lead the delivery of an AI-powered student intervention system for a large public research university.
• Manage a cross-functional team across North America, coordinating research, build, and evaluation phases.
• Translate discovery findings into governed build plans and maintain alignment with institutional access timelines.
• Coordinate across multiple institutional stakeholders and internal systems to resolve integration dependencies.
• Oversee the transition from development to an operationally sound system ready for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical delivery.
• Proven success delivering complex projects in agile environments with demanding timelines.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise AI platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM, Student Information Systems (SIS), and LMS integration.
• Expertise in cloud-based infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant technical project management certifications.
• Experience working within higher education environments.
• Experience leading complex discovery and operational documentation engagements.
