What you will do

• Lead strategic AI onboarding and facilitate executive-level design workshops to translate business strategy into high-value AI solutions.
• Architect technical roadmaps, managing client expectations, project timelines, documentation, and team resources.
• Lead customer program teams through multi-phase implementations, including business discovery, technical setup, and user training.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to create value-based adoption goals and ROI stories.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize delivery frameworks and refine product feedback loops.
• Recommend implementation standards and influence best practices to scale customer onboarding and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale SaaS or AI implementations.
• Expertise in managing multi-team programs and multi-stakeholder deployments.
• Proven ability to lead discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and executive-level customer engagements.
• Deep understanding of contact center operations, KPIs, and ROI stories (e.g., speech analytics or quality management).
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong executive presence and an analytical, problem-solving mindset for high-growth environments.
