TL;DR

Onboarding Team Lead (SaaS): Overseeing customer onboarding engagements and leading a team of consultants with an accent on timely milestone completion and high-quality delivery. Focus on scaling the Gingr segment, managing complex enterprise onboarding, and optimizing delivery processes using AI-enabled tools.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (2-3 days per week). Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Oversee onboarding engagements to ensure milestones are delivered on time and in alignment with success criteria.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for onboarding risks, blockers, and customer concerns.
  • Lead, coach, and support a growing team of Onboarding Consultants, providing real-time guidance on delivery and prioritization.
  • Partner with the PMO to reinforce delivery governance, status reporting, and risk management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase onboarding cycle time and throughput.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment on customer goals.

Requirements

  • Strong experience delivering customer onboarding or implementation engagements in a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability in a player-coach or team lead role.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent external-facing communication and customer facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and work management/PSA tools.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US for the duration of employment without sponsorship.
