Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead HR, administrative operations, and internal communication strategies to support a remote workforce.
• Oversee organizational systems, technology, workflows, and vendor relationships to improve efficiency.
• Ensure organizational compliance, risk management, and financial oversight through strong governance.
• Design and architect scalable systems and processes from the ground up to support growth.
• Manage and lead a team of direct reports to execute strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, business administration, nonprofit management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of management experience, overseeing a minimum of four direct reports simultaneously.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in a corporate or nonprofit operations role.
• Ability to professionally engage patients, volunteers, partners, and internal teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel for 1-2 events per quarter.
