Salary: $120,335–$170,000 CAD

What you will do
- Provide leadership to teams responsible for Life and Critical Illness, medical consultants, and training.
- Design and maintain Curated Care pathways and disability management frameworks.
- Oversee training strategy and governance for claims, appeals, and litigation.
- Establish governance models for external providers to ensure performance and quality metrics.
- Define and prioritize AI and technology requirements for core platforms like FINEOS.
- Drive strategic change and organizational alignment through innovative problem-solving.
Requirements
- University degree in healthcare, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in group insurance, specifically in disability case management.
- Proven track record of coaching and developing senior managers and leaders.
- Strong knowledge of Life & Critical Illness benefit lines and litigation processes.
- Must be based in Canada with the ability to work in a hybrid or remote capacity.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered a strong asset.
