What you will do

  • Design and refine end-to-end sales workflows, standardizing sales stages, qualification criteria, and pipeline management.
  • Serve as the primary owner of Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, building dashboards, and automating workflows.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish sales territories, quotas, and commission structures aligned with KPIs.
  • Manage the commercial contract lifecycle, including the preparation of MOUs, MSAs, and SOWs, and strategize customer pricing.
  • Analyze marketing ROI and lead conversion rates across various channels to optimize the commercial funnel.
  • Coordinate with Lab Ops, Supply Chain, and Quality Control to ensure demand forecasting and ISO implementation.

Requirements

  • BS in Business, Finance, or Science; MBA is a significant plus.
  • 12+ years of professional business experience, with 6+ years specifically in Commercial, Sales, or Business Operations.
  • Industry experience within Life Sciences, Biotech, or MedTech.
  • Power-user proficiency in Salesforce and advanced Excel (modeling and pivot tables).
  • Ability to independently prepare complex legal and commercial documents.
  • Must be based in or work onsite at the headquarters in Fremont, California.

Nice to have

  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Proficiency with Monday.com.
  • Deep understanding of the Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) landscape and purchasing behaviors of clinical and biopharma clients.
