What you will do

• Collaborate with CFSO, IT, Accounting, and Sales Operations to document requirements and implement solutions.
• Project manage change management initiatives, including planning and solidification of operational changes.
• Optimize business systems and create business cases for new applications, including cost/benefit and risk analysis.
• Develop and execute test plans to verify that business systems and processes work as expected.
• Support production system incidents through root cause analysis and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop operational processes aligned with industry standards and Quality Management System (QMS) regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Proven experience working with SAP.
• Detailed understanding of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process and its transactional implications.
• Ability to work onsite in Alameda, CA.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries.
• Experience with GHX and Salesforce.
