Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 USD + up to 10% bonus

What you will do
- Develop custom HSE applications, scripts, and digital workflows for incident reporting, inspections, and audit tools.
- Build and maintain automations using Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power Apps.
- Create Power BI dashboards to visualize key HSE metrics such as TRIR, LTIFR, and leading indicators.
- Manage HSE databases, ensuring data structure integrity and efficient performance.
- Support integration between HSE systems and HR, operations, or contractor platforms like ISNetworld.
- Ensure HSE digital tools comply with IT and cybersecurity protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in programming or digital system administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- English: Fluent written and oral communication skills required.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must be based in the United States (Chicago, IL or West Branch, IA).
Nice to have
- Experience with HSE software such as Intelex or SAP EHS.
- Understanding of OSHA/CSA reporting and incident investigation workflows.
- Knowledge of basic risk management concepts.
