What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of pricing actions for Azure infrastructure, including price changes, new SKU pricing, and competitive adjustments.
• Drive the operational lifecycle for new product launches and regional expansions, from scoping to post-launch validation.
• Act as the operational link between Business Planning, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to manage dependencies.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and scale execution capacity.
• Control meter launch quality to ensure price accuracy and compliance with commerce guardrails.
• Track operational performance metrics and communicate actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business planning, operations management, pricing/monetization, or program management.
• Experience synthesizing data using SQL to validate pricing outputs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Redmond, Washington, USA.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in a related field or 8+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, commerce systems, or platform economics.
• Proficiency with data tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Knowledge of Lean methodology for driving automation in operational environments.
