What you will do

• Manage end-to-end external trigger campaign implementations for key marquee clients.
• Ensure internal and external alignment on program requirements, execution, and performance expectations.
• Monitor program health and performance in collaboration with Business Analyst and Data Analytics teams.
• Catalog enhancement requests and lead discussions on issue management and resolution.
• Provide consistent implementation expertise and support for client-facing engagements.
• Document internal SOPs and support ad hoc performance inquiries from client partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of client services experience.
• 3-5 years of project or account management experience.
• 3 years of client-facing experience in pharma, medical, or healthcare industries.
• Strong background or experience in analytics.
• Familiarity with backend systems and data infrastructure capabilities.
• Excellent organization and documentation skills using MS Office and task management systems.

• Knowledge of internet technologies.
• Experience with marketing-related creative processes, especially within the pharmaceutical industry.
