What you will do
- Manage end-to-end external trigger campaign implementations for key marquee clients.
- Ensure internal and external alignment on program requirements, execution, and performance expectations.
- Monitor program health and performance in collaboration with Business Analyst and Data Analytics teams.
- Catalog enhancement requests and lead discussions on issue management and resolution.
- Provide consistent implementation expertise and support for client-facing engagements.
- Document internal SOPs and support ad hoc performance inquiries from client partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of client services experience.
- 3-5 years of project or account management experience.
- 3 years of client-facing experience in pharma, medical, or healthcare industries.
- Strong background or experience in analytics.
- Familiarity with backend systems and data infrastructure capabilities.
- Excellent organization and documentation skills using MS Office and task management systems.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of internet technologies.
- Experience with marketing-related creative processes, especially within the pharmaceutical industry.
