Senior Director, International Tax

What you will do

• Own international tax compliance execution including income tax returns, local filings, and reporting across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Canada.
• Lead tax provision processes, statutory reporting under U.S. GAAP and local GAAP, and year-end deliverables.
• Coordinate local advisors for filings, payments, and tax authority correspondence; manage audits and inquiries.
• Maintain tax calendars, workflows, documentation, and support Finance/Accounting teams.
• Implement scalable tax processes and escalate technical matters to leadership.
• Manage and develop international tax team, providing oversight and fostering collaboration.

Requirements

• Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT, CPA or equivalent).
• 15+ years of relevant international tax experience in global compliance, reporting, and accounting.
• Experience managing compliance across multiple jurisdictions and with external advisors.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP tax accounting and local statutory reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, analytical, and cross-functional skills.
• Experience with partnership/hybrid structures, tax audits, VAT, and SAP preferred.
